Next Srùbag No. 56 – Cèilidh Seinn na Gàidhlig – Gaelic Song Ceilidh – Friday 24 April 2026 7.30-9.30pm UK / Ireland time.

We are delighted to invite you to our next and 56th Srùbag.   Our special Guest is Cormac Mac Ruairidh, who will sing songs in Irish.  As well, we will have the usual participatory singaround – songs in Scottish and Irish Gaelic, Welsh and Breton please!  All are welcome to join us to sing a song or to listen! 

Raised on Tory island Cormac Mac Ruaidhrí is very interested in the reintroduction & reproduction of older songs that are nearly lost and particularly the Sean nós tradition of Tory & west Donegal. Studied radio broadcasting at Dun laoghaire institute of Art Design & technology specialising in projects through the medium of Irish.
